back from a lovely break..

had a few days off.  And have been to Toowoomba, enjoying my girl, my grandson and the beautiful festival of flowers.  But so wanted to bring Colten back with me.

out at the  woolwash, taking in the fresh air and taking in the scenery. Charcoal, and ink,  mmmm a little different for a change.

I've been working on this canvas for a few weeks and finished it today. Signed and varnished and ready to hang.

this antique, filthy and mouldy drinking water fountain, is still right outside our local council. Not a pretty site.

"Madame Tussauds", Darling Harbour...

is a must spot and check out when visiting Sydney next time we go.  It's where you can meet all the famous stars.  A unique wax figure attraction, where you can up close and personal.   I'd just love to get up close and personal with Albert.   But Cath preferred to get more up close with Johnny.

the rocking horse...

is coming on really nicely. Mark got this antique horse, now completely sanded, and sealed and ready for new paint job.  Sealed again and then adding the finishing touches of a mane. tail and saddle.   Can't wait to see it finished.  Colten is just going to have the best fun on it.
