Have got a taste for the Indian food lately so have stocked the pantry up. I really wanted to try the authentic Indian food not the Australian Indian food so I asked this Indian lady who came into work if she could share with me the recipes to the food she eats. Even though I had never met her, she bought her recipe book in for me to copy. It was dated 1968. See what happens when you ask. So I am now looking forward to a nice hot and tasty curry.
