Who does this anymore ???  This customer left his car keys ( to his $45,000 vehicle) glasses and money,

all sitting on his stool, unattended to go and have a smoke.  Unbelievable. Not bothered at all that someone might steal it.  Wouldn't if be nice to live in a world where you could do that.

You can't see them. but there in there somewhere amongst the rice.  Mai  (who is Thai) made me what I call Jungle Fire Burning  Hot Omelette and rice. My god my lips and mouth were burning And I think my nasel hair is now stubble. I don't know if she was having a go at me or not.  Or if that is how she normally makes it.  Thanks anyhow Mai. It was still very delicious.

Gluten free

I have made some changes to the diet and have been gluten free for 2 weeks now and I must say I am definitely feeling better for the lifestyle change. I wish ME luck for staying on it. So right now this is my only cookbook.

What a buzz

The winner has not been selected , but then again winning is only a bonus Amy thinks, She told me even if she doesn't win she already has.   SO true, because going to the effort and submitting it is a great reward in itself.  Good on you. Friends that is. Our monthly meet up for coffee with some of my fav people (5 or 6 of old gym friends, though none of us are old) ended up with Ralda and I only for a while, with Sue rockin in a bit later on. But we had the best time , had lots of good belly laughs over old photos. The company was perfect. Thanks Ralda.

my retro camera

Today I wanted to try out a new app on my iphone called Retro Camera, so seeing it took an old world look I headed over to the old  " Archer Park Railway Station" I do like the effect.  It has 6 different cameras with different effects.  I will have to experiment tomorrow.

Luv them lots

I started this challenge 365 about 5 weeks ago, but am posting this pic as photo No 1.  I have enjoyed this so much and it has made me realise how many great memories and random seconds in time that great things happen. Now I have the camera with me (at least most of the time ) I have clicked like mad and been rewarded. Todays snap is of canvases in my hallway that smile down on me everyday. Luv them lots.
